On Leslie Knope and “Crazy”

You know, if Leslie going “crazy” over things (and let’s not even get into how much the language surrounding Leslie’s behaviour bugs me sometimes), whether it be her campaign, her personal relationships, or her job in the parks department, bothers you I’m pretty sure you’re watching the wrong show. I’ve read a lot of (mostly professional) reviews over the course of the season pinpointing Leslie’s “crazy” (ugh) as a source of frustration among reviewers and I’m just like… Leslie has been a relentless, unfiltered ball of intensity and passion since the beginning. Are you new. And I happen to think they’re still doing a good job at balancing her intense moments with moments of grounded sincerity. Basically:
